Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. Orders are not processed on federal holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Fragile Items Our candles are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll make it right.
Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us at hellocandleflames@gmail.com within 7 days. We'll work with you and USPS to investigate the issue.
Once USPS marks an order as delivered, candle flames by Iztaccihuatl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. We strongly recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure. If you are concerned about package theft, we recommend selecting USPS Priority Mail, which includes up to $100 of insurance coverage.
